I've had a love for photography my whole life but never jumped to do it professionally until now. After a marriage and three kids, I went to school and received a degree in photography. I was born and now reside in Carlisle Pennsylvania but have lived in Alabama, Germany and Hawaii due to being married to a military man. Although Carlisle is my home, I truly love this little town and plan to stay a long time. I love creating fine art and contemporary portraiture. I find myself making my own props and better hacks to some new ones I've discovered. I believe in the value of human connection and capturing it in print as well as self love and acceptance of who we are and what gifts we possess; the grass isn't always greener on the other side. What does that mean? It means to love what you have and be grateful for it everyday! Appreciate each breathe and to lift people up, not tear them down, life is already hard enough. If I can photograph someone to make them feel beautiful and capture that feeling in their eyes and on their face, they will always be reminded that they too are beautiful even on their worst day.
